Stuart Clow

Coach Stu Clow was an All-Star Receiver at Queen Elizabeth High School in Halifax, and a started for 3 years at Acadia University, winning 2 Championships at each. He played touch and flag football for 10 years after university, and was asked to be on Team Canada for Flag Football in 2020.

He’s coached at nearly every level in Nova Scotia from Mites to U Sports and MFL. He now runs the Halifax Argos Minor Football Association as President, where he has personally raised over $100,000 since 2022 and helped restore the organization from roughly 23 players when he began, to a capacity of nearly 200 athletes.

Stu believes in learning to enjoy and dominate conditioning as it’s 100% in your control and it will separate you from other players over time.
